摘要
通过对宿州市2012、2013年旱涝灾情成因分析,采取有关应对措施,并提出了做好防汛抗旱减灾工作的一点思考。
Based on the analysis of the causes for drought and flood disaster of Suzhou City in 2012 and 2013, this paper takes relevant countermeasures, and proposes the thinking on controlling flood and drought disaster.
