摘要
历经全国性大学城建设,各高校的基建工作逐步从新校区建设转向工程的维护,零星工程占基建工程比例逐年增加。文章分析了目前高校零星工程招标现状,从零星工程招标关节环节作切入点,提出零星工程招标工作建议。
After the nationwide construction of University Town, the construction work of every university is changing from new campus construction to maintenance engineering, the proportion of sporadic engineering is increasing. The article discusses the present situation of college sporadic engineering, proposes the key nodes of bidding.
