摘要
采用膜极距技术对运行时间较长、严重超过质量保证期的ZMBCH-2.7复极离子膜电解槽进行升级换代,达到总电压和电解单元直流电耗大幅度降低的目的。
ZMBCH - 2.7 bipolar type ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers that had run for a long time and were far out of warranty were upgraded to membrane-thickness electrode-distance type. As a result, the aims of greatly lowering voltage and reducing consumption of DC power in electrolysis unit were achieved.
