CT下肢静脉造影检查中应用不同方法注入对比剂的研究 被引量:7

Comparison of Different Methods of Contrast Agent Injection in CT venography(CTV) of Lower Extremity

摘要 目的比较CT下肢血管静脉造影检查中造影剂的不同注射方法对下肢静脉血管的显影效果。方法选择临床可疑有下肢静脉血栓的患者60例,采用不同的注药方法进行CT下肢静脉造影扫描,并对图像CT值进行评价分析。结果分两次注入间隔10秒和间隔30秒均可获得显著高于一次注药测定的下肢各部位静脉CT,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时间隔30秒注药获得下肢各部位静脉CT值显著高于间隔10秒注药获得的下肢各部位静脉CT值,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对比剂分两次注入比一次注入能更清晰显示下肢静脉血管,间隔30秒注入对比剂进行双侧腘静脉处造影显像最为理想,可获得更清晰的下肢静脉血管影像。 Objective To compare three methods of contrast agent injection in lower extremity CT venography (CTV). Methods Sixty patients with suspected deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were included in three groups and underwent CTV respectively in three methods. CTV was obtained with 10s (Group I) and 30s (Group II) delay after the second injection or with 200s delay (Group III) after one injection. CT values in the different segments measured by three methods were compared. Results CT values in the lower extremity in Group I and Group II were significantly higher than those measured in Group III (p〈0. 05). Moreover, CT values in the lower extremity in Group II were significantly higher than those measured in Group II( p〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Contrast agents injection in double times can obtain the better CTV than Contrast agents injection in one time. CTV was obtained with 30s (Group II) delay after the second injection is the optimized method for CTV.
