通过对临床路径管理应用的历史、发展与现状进行研究分析,回顾了临床路径及临床路径管理的产生背景,探讨了临床路径管理的作用、特点、优点及不足,并总结了我国临床路径管理的发展过程、现状及取得的成果,认为临床路径管理作为一种新的病种质量管理模式,在医院管理的创新中起到了重要的作用,具有良好的应用前景。

Through the analysis of application of history,development and present situation of clinical pathway management,we reviewed the background of clinical pathway and clinical pathway management,discussed the effect,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of clinical pathway management,and summarizes the development process,present situation and achievements of management of clinical pathway.Clinical pathway management as a new disease quality management mode,play an important role in innovation of the hospital management,has a good application prospect.
