平陈汤治疗功能性消化不良100例

Clinical Effect of Modified Pingchen Decoction on Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察加味平陈汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将200例功能性消化不良患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例,对照组予莫沙必利片和复方消化酶胶囊治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味平陈汤治疗(苍术10g,厚朴10g,陈皮12g,清半夏8g,茯苓20g,佛手15g,山药20g,焦三仙30g,枳壳10g,炒薏苡仁25g,砂仁15g,甘草10g),并随症加减,治疗两周为一疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分的变化和总的临床疗效。结果治疗后两组的腹胀、食欲不振、嗳气、烧心症状积分较治疗前降低,且治疗后组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P驥0.05),治疗组优于对照组。总的临床疗效方面,治疗组痊愈20例,显效31例,有效36例,无效13例,总有效率87.0%。对照组痊愈9例,显效25例,有效27例,无效39例,总有效率61.0%,经比较差异具有统计学意义(P驥0.05)。结论加味平陈汤治疗功能性消化不良能改善临床症状,提高疗效,具有实际使用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Pingchen decoction on functional dyspepsia. Methods 200 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with Mosapride tablets and compound enzymes capsules, the patients in the observation group were additionally given modified Pingchen decoction（Rhizoma Atractylodis 10 g, Magnolia Officinalis 10 g, Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel 12 g, Pinellia 8g, Tuckahoe 20 g,Bergamot 15 g, Yam 20 g, Focal Three Fairy 30 g, Hovenia Dulcis 10 g, Fried Barley 25 g, Amomum Villosum 15 g, Liquorice 10g）, two weeks for one period of treatment. Clinical symptom integral scores and overall clinical efficacies of patients in two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, symptom integral scores of abdominal distension, loss of appetite, belch, heartburn in patients of both groups were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）, the score reductions in observation group were more conspicuous than those in control group. The total effective rate of observation group was 87.0%（20 cases cured, 31 cases markedly effective, 36 cases effective, 13 cases ineffective）, the total effective rate of control group was 61.0%（9 cases cured, 25 cases markedly effective, 27 cases effective,39 cases ineffective）, the effect difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion When used in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, modified Pingchen decoction can relieve symptoms and be curative in effects with actual clinical value.
