妇产科护理学实践教学探讨

Discussion on "Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing" Practical Teaching

妇产科护理学是一门专业性、实践性很强的临床应用学科,各种检查和操作涉及隐私部位,护生得不到实际动手操作的锻炼。为提高学生的操作能力,必须加强实践教学。而传统的实践操作往往是在模型人身上教师示教、学生分组练习、考核评价,缺少语言沟通,护生练就的是"哑巴"操作,在临床上不能适应目前"以病人为中心"的护理模式。本文对情景模拟教学法、PBL教学法、SSP等多种实践教学的方法和手段进行了探讨,认为在妇产科护理学实践教学中采用多种教学方法,对于激发学生学习兴趣、培养学生综合能力、提高实践教学质量、加强教学和临床工作的衔接具有重要意义。

Obstetrics and gynecology nursing is a professional, practical clinical application discipline sex is very strong, all kinds of in-spection and operation involves privacy part, nursing students cannot get hands-on training. In order to improve the students＇ operational capacity, the practice teaching must strengthen. But the traditional practical operation was always on the model patients, including teach-ing, group students practice and evaluation, lack of communication. Nursing students practice ＂ dumb＂ operation, they could not adapt to ＂ Patient-Centered＂ nursing mode clinically. The scene simulation teaching method, PBL teaching method, the SSP and so on variety of practical teaching method and mean are discussed in this paper, provide important significance for stimulate students ＇ interest in learning,cultivating students＇ comprehensive ability, strengthening the engagement of teaching work and clinical work.
