摘要
针对目前国内缺乏临床生物样本库技术标准体系的现状,在参考国内外相关研究的基础上,提出笔者所认为的临床生物样本库技术标准体系,包括:生物样本库伦理建设共性标准、生物样本库信息建设关键技术标准、生物样本质量控制标准、生物样本库建设共性技术标准、样本库共享机制。该体系可为生物样本库的国标和行标研制提供参考。
Pointing to the present situation of lack of clinical biological samples library technical standard system in China and based on referring to related researches at home and abroad, the authors puts forward their own clinical biological samples library technical standard system, including common standards of biological sample library ethical construction, key technical standards of biological sample library information construction, biological sample quality control standards, common technical standards of biological sample library construction, and sample library sharing mechanism. This system could provide reference for the research and formulation of national standard and industrial standard of future biological sample library.
