摘要
跨文化敏感性是跨文化交际能力的情感方面,是属于商务英语教学中不可忽视的微妙的一部分。在国内的跨文化交际能力的培养研究中,针对跨文化敏感性培养的研究比较少,目前还没有针对该如何在商务英语教学中培养学生的跨文化敏感性的研究。本文从商务英语的学科定位出发,分析了商务英语的根本性特征和教学的目标定位,结合跨文化敏感性及其五维度分析,指出协作学习和服务学习的教学方法能实现对学生态度和行为的改变,在商务英语教学中有助于培养学生的跨文化敏感性这一微妙的情感能力。
Intercultural sensitivity is the affective part of intercultural communicative competence. It is a delicate part in Business English teaching which cannot be neglected. As for the domestic researches on the cultivation of intercultural communication competence, there are only a few ones which examine the cultivation of intercultural sensitivity, few research on how to cultivate students' intercultural sensitivity in Business English teaching at present. This paper develops its idea from the subject orientation of Business English. By analyzing the absolute characteristics of Business English and the corresponding orientation in Business English teaching, the paper examines the intercultural sensitivity and its five dimensions, pointing out that cooperative learning and service learning can change the students' attitude and behavior, facilitating the cultivation of students' intercultural sensitivity, a delicate affective competence, in Business English teaching.
