ERP sand table simulation is very popular in universities,but its application in enterprises has important realistic meaning. From the management scheme with prediction and employee training,this paper analyzes the ERP sand table simulation and its applica-tion in enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions in order to promote the management level of enterprises.
