摘要 能源是人类生存和发展的物质基础。本文分析了人类社会可持续发展面临的挑战,指出了发展清洁能源的基本方向、推进“两个替代”(清洁替代、电能替代)的客观趋势、实现清洁能源为主导的必然性;基于全球能源观,提出了依托特高压交流、直流和智能电网技术发展全球能源互联网的战略意义、总体目标、基本格局、构建方式和发展路径,为共同推动世界能源安全、清洁、高效、可持续发展提供了理论和实践基础。
