教学团队教学能力的培养是一个系统化的过程,这既需要教员自身的完善与自我发展,也需要教研室乃至院校创造有利于教员教学能力提高的良好环境和氛围。通过深入探究教学团队教学能力现状,不断更新教学团队教学新理念,全面提高教员的个体素质,着力培养教学团队素质和教学能力等方面研究,探索教学团队教学能力培养的基础途径和方法,营造良好的创新氛围和创新环境,提高了教研室教学团队教学能力。

The cultivation of the teaching ability of a teaching team is a systematic process, which requires not only the teach-ers＇ self-improvement and self-development, but also a favorable environment conducive to the improvement of the teachers＇ teaching ability created by the teaching research office and even the college departments. Through a further exploration on the current situation of the teaching ability of teaching teams, we continuously update the teaching ideas of teaching teams,compre-hensively improve teachers＇ personal qualities, focus on the re-search of cultivating teaching teams＇ quality and teaching ability, explore the basic ways and methods to the cultivation, and estab-lish a favorable innovation environment, in order to improve the teaching ability of teaching teams.
