外科实验课教学改革探索

Exploration on the Reform of Surgery Experimental Teaching

随着现代医学模式的转变及医学生人数的众多,医院对医学生实践能力的重视程度等都对传统外科实验教学模式提出了严峻的挑战,外科实验课教学改革势在必行。外科实验课教学改革的探索,主要是围绕师资力量的建设、教学管理制度建设、多媒体教学系统建设、课程内容和结构建设以及教学手段的改革等五个方面进行着手实践,通过外科实验课教学改革的探索与推进,能够极大程度地提升医学生的实践水平和实践能力,也能够有效地提升外科实验课的教学质量。

With the transformation of modern medical modes and the increasing number of medical students, as well as the in-creasing importance attached to medical students＇ practical abili-ty by hospitals, serious challenges have been put forward for the traditional surgery experimental teaching mode, so the reform of surgery experimental teaching is imperative. The exploration of surgery experimental teaching mainly revolves around five as-pects including teaching staff construction, teaching management system construction, multimedia teaching system construction, course content and structure construction, and teaching means reform. The exploration and promotion of reform on surgery ex-perimental teaching can greatly improve medical students＇ prac-tical ability, as well as effectively improve the quality of surgery experimental teaching.
