服装产业转型时期的民办高校服装人才培养模式初探

A Preliminary Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of Clothing Talents in Private Colleges in the Transitional Period of the Clothing Industry

以江苏省服装产业发展转型趋势为背景,以无锡太湖学院服装专业为例,主要从人才培养的目标、师资建设、课程体系、教学组织管理形式、实践教学形式等方面入手,对如何构建新时期民办高校服装专业人才培养创新模式做了一些探讨研究。

With the development and transformation trend of the clothing industry in Jiangsu Province as the background, exem-plified by the clothing major of Taihu University of Wuxi, this pa-per mainly explores and studies how to construct a new mode for clothing talent cultivation of private colleges in the new period, from training objectives, teaching staff construction, curriculum system, styles of teaching organization and management, and styles of practical teaching,etc.
