摘要 氧化应激在脑缺血再灌注损伤中起着十分重要的作用。NADPH氧化酶(NADPH oxidase,NOX)在缺血性卒中氧化应激中的作用日益受到关注,有可能会成为一个新的治疗靶点。文章归纳了NOX与脑缺血再灌注损伤的主要研究进展,讨论了各种同工酶的特点及其与卒中的关系,从NOX角度进一步探讨卒中的发病机制,为缺血性卒中的防治提供了新的思路。 Oxidative stress plays a very important role in the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. The role of NADPH oxidases (NOX) in oxidative stress after ischemic stroke has been paid more attention and may become a new therapeutic target. This article sums up the major research progress between NOX and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, discusses the characteristics of various isozymes and their relationship with stroke, further investigates the pathogenesis of stroke from the perspective of NOX, and provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
