摘要
目的:探讨护理安全教育在护理技术操作教学中的应用效果。方法选取从2012年1月~2014年3月我院新入职护理人员90名作为研究对象,将所有入选人员随机分为实验组和对照组两组,对照组采用传统教学培训方式,而实验组则在此基础上加用护理安全教育措施。比较两组人员的考核分数和不良事件发生情况。结果实验组护理人员的考核成绩较好,理论得分与操作得分均高于对照组护理人员,差异显著,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组不良事件发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的35.6%。两组间比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论把护理安全教育融入到护理技术操作中十分必要,能提高护理人员对护理操作的理解度和安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of safety education in nursing care to the teaching of nursing skill operation. Methods 90 new nurses who had been recruited in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2014 were selected as research objects. They were divided into experimental group and control group. Traditional teaching method was given to control group. Safety education in nursing care was given to nursing group. Assessment score and adverse event were observed. Results Assessment score in experimental group was higher than control group. By contrast, the variation in scores had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The adverse event rate in experimental group was 6.7% and it was 35.6% in control group. By contrast, the variation in scores had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The safety education in nursing care applied to the teaching of nursing skill operation is necessary.
