我国营利性医院的发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Profit Hospitals in China

目前我国医疗服务市场的经营环境发生了很大改变,2009年新一轮医药卫生体制改革为我国营利性医院的发展开辟了广阔的前景。但是,我国的营利性医院仍然存在不容忽视的问题:(1)缺少足够的政府扶持,配套政策不到位;(2)人才缺乏,流动性大;(3)市场定位不够准确,医疗质量低;(4)缺乏诚信,行业自律性差;(5)管理水平差,管理效率较低。营利性医院必须要在以下发展策略上加大投入力度:(1)发挥营利性医院的体制优势,提供优质医疗卫生服务质量;(2)完善服务理念,强化服务意识,切实以患者为中心服务人民群众;(3)坚持诚信经营,建立科学的经营管理模式。

A new reform of the health care system has been developing in China from 2009, and it is a huge advance for profit hospitals to develop. But there are several main problems for the profit hospitals： （1） There are not enough support from the government for the profit hospitals. （2） Most profit hospitals are lack of more professional talents. （3） The medical quality of most profit hospitals are low. （4） Some profit hospitals are lack of integrity, trade self-regulating is poorer. （5） The management level of profit hospitals are not high. There are some strategies for profit hospitals to develop as following： （1）The policy laws and regulations strengthen the administration of profit hospitals. （2） The profit hospitals should develop the service concept and strengthen the service consciousness. （4） The profit hospitals should insist on the good faith management and establish the scientific management model.
