微创穿刺术治疗大量脑出血的临床疗效研究分析

The Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Massive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的：分析微创穿刺术治疗大量脑出血的临床疗效。方法资料选自2013年4月～2014年4月在我院行微创穿刺术治疗的38例大量脑出血患者，设置为实验组，随机选取38位大量脑出血患者作为对照组，予以常规治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论给予大量脑出血患者微创穿刺术治疗，具有较高临床价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of massive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Data from the April 2013~April 2014 in our hospital for the minimally invasive treatment of 38 patients with massive cerebral hemorrhage, they were set as the experimental group. Randomly selected 38 patients of massive cerebral hemorrhage as the control group and treated with conventional therapy, treatment effects were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of massive cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery has high clinical value.
