尺骨冠骨骨折在临床上比较少见,一般会伴有肘关节脱位、肘部骨折或者侧韧带损伤等,据相关文献报道有大约15%的肘关节脱位的患者会存在尺骨冠突骨折,对于尺骨冠骨骨折需要根据骨折的类型选择合适的手术方式,本研究针对我院接收的尺骨冠突骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,旨在探讨尺骨冠突骨折的治疗方法 。
