Clinical Analysis of Rectal Bleeding After Anorectal Operation

目的：研究肛肠手术后直肠出血的原因以及相应的预防措施。方法选择我院2012年2月～2013年2月间诊治的58例肛肠手术后直肠出血的患者，对其出现的原因进行分析，同时制定相应的预防措施。结果通过对其原因进行分析，肛肠手术后出血的机率为2.83%，导致出血的手术主要有：经肛门前括约肌直肠息肉切除术、肛瘘切开术、直肠脓肿切开引流术、混合痔外剥内扎术以及直肠放射切口瘢痕松解术。结论对肛肠手术后出血的风险进行评估，分析出血的原因，对其实施有针对性的预防是有效降低肛肠手术后出现直肠出血的主要措施。

Objective To study the cause of rectal bleeding after anorectal operation and corresponding prevention measures. Methods 58 cases of rectal bleeding patients after anorectal operation in our hospital from 2012 February to 2013 February were selected, the reason of emergence were analyzed. Results Through the reason analysis, risk rate of bleeding after anorectal operation was 2.83%, the causes were： Transanal anterior sphincter resection of rectal polyps, incision of anal fistula, rectal abscess incision drainage, mixed hemorrhoids Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy and rectal radiation incision scar lysis. Conlunsion To assess the risk of hemorrhage after anorectal operation, analysis the cause of the bleeding, the implementation of targeted prevention are the main measures to reduce rectal bleeding effectively after anorectal operation.
