探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床疗效

To Investigate the Clinical Efficacy of Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor Treatment of Bladder Tumor

目的探讨膀胱肿瘤的临床治疗中经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的效果。方法在我院接受手术治疗的膀胱肿瘤患者106人,分为两组,治疗组行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,对照组行部分膀胱切除术,分析两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组中手术疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术效果好、操作简单、并发症少、安全性高。

Objective To discuss clinical treatment of bladder tumor integrated by the effect of urinary bladder tumor cutting operation. Methods In our hospital the bladder tumor treated with surgical treatment of 106 people were divided into two groups, with transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of bladder tumor treatment group electricity cut method, the control line partial cystectomy, and analysis of two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The surgical curative effect in treatment group was better than that of control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The urinary bladder tumor cutting effect is good, operation is simple, and has less complications and high safety.
