摘要
目的：研究急性重症病毒性心肌炎的护理重点以及难点问题。方法选择我院2013年3月～2014年3月间住院治疗的20例急性重症病毒性心肌炎患者，对其实施护理过程中总结护理体会。结果本文所选的20例患者中，10例治愈出院，4例好转后到下级医院继续治疗，2例由于经济原因放弃治疗，4例在院内治疗过程中死亡。结论对患者病情进行密切监控，及时合理的应用药物，掌握娴熟的抢救操作是提升抢救成功率的关键措施。
Objective To discuss the nursing care of patients with severe acute viral myocarditis. Methods In our hospital in 2013 March ~2014 year in March 20 cases of hospitalized patients, to summarize the nursing experience of implementation of the nursing process. Results 20 cases of this paper selected patients,10 cases were cured, 4 cases were improved to lower the hospital to continue treatment. In 2 patients due to economic reasons to give up treatment, 4 cases in the hospital during the treatment of death. Conclusion The patients did the disease monitoring, application of drugs timely, grasp skilled rescue operation is the key measures to improve the success rate of rescue.
