摘要
目的探对2例双支冠脉急性闭塞心肌梗死急诊PCI术的术中护理进行探讨。方法对患者术前充分准备、术中严密观察、做好术中并发症的护理。结果 两例患者均成功实施急诊PCI。结论 快速完善的术前准备,有序的手术护理流程,妥善处理并发症,是手术成功的重要保证。
Objective To discuss the nursing during the emergency PCI in two double vessels disease of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Full preparation before operation, strict observation in operation and well nursing of the complication were given to the patients. Result The two paitents were both performed acute PCI successfully. Conclusion The important guarantee of the success lies in full and quick preparation before the operation, orderly process during the operation, properly handle the complication after the operation.
