摘要
目的研究对老年慢性病实施整体化护理方式。方法对男性74例,女性36例老年慢性病实施整体化护理,包括心理护理和加强出院的整体护理。结果 有89%老人对整体护理的工作表示满意,并希望延续这种整体护理,只有15例患者整体护理后在一年内再次住院,所有患者中只有1例死亡。结论 老年慢性病实施整体化护理能加快患者康复。
Objective To study the implementation of holistic nursing mode of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods 74 male cases, 36 female cases with senile chronic diseases received nursing including psychological nursing and holistic nursing to strengthen the hospital＇s. Results There were 89% old man satisfied with holistic nursing work, only 15 patients readmitted after one, 1 patient died. Conclusion Carrying out holistic nursing can speed up the rehabilitation of patients with chronic disease.
