老年性高血压药物治疗的研究进展

老年人高血压治疗主要在于预防心力衰竭与脑血管意外的发生。老年人高血压的主要治疗目的是降低外周血管阻力,提高心脏排血量,保护肾功能,同时也要避免体位性低血压及药物性低血压等危险,重视生存质量。本文主要针对老年性高血压药物治疗的研究进行综述。

Objective The elderly hypertension treatment mainly lies in the prevention of heart failure and cerebrovascular accident from happening. The main purpose of treatment is to lower high blood pressure in the elderly peripheral vascular resistance, improve the cardiac output, protect renal function, but also to avoid orthostatic hypotension and sex low blood pressure and other dangerous drugs, attaches great importance to the quality of life. This paper is mainly study of senile hypertension drugs were reviewed.
