风湿性心脏病心力衰竭临床治疗分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Rheumatic Heart Disease Heart Failure

目的研究风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的治疗措施以及临床效果。方法选择我院72例风湿性心脏病心力衰竭患者,对患者进行分组,分别运用硝酸甘油、速尿合剂以及多巴胺进行治疗。结果 通过相应的治疗,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 风湿性心脏病心力衰竭运用多巴胺、硝酸甘油、速尿合剂等药物进行治疗,能够明显缓解临床症状,为手术治疗提供良好的基础。

Objective To study the rheumatic heart disease and heart failure treatment measures and clinical effect. Methods In our hospital 72 cases of rheumatic heart disease patients with heart failure,the treatment using nitroglycerin mixture, furosemide and dopamine. Results through the appropriate treatment, the differences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rheumatic heart disease heart failure using dopamine,nitroglycerin mixture, furosemide treated with drugs, and can relieve clinical symptoms, provide a good foundation for the operation treatment.
