观察氧气驱动硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入气雾剂及异丙托溴铵气雾剂雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究分析氧气驱动硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入气雾剂(万托林)及异丙托溴铵气雾剂(爱全乐)雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选取接受本院治疗的148例患儿做为研究对象。对照组采取常规疗法,实验组还需另外接受氧气驱动万托林及爱全乐雾化吸入治疗。对比两组患儿治疗的效果和各指标变化情况。结果 实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组,指标改善也优于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 小儿哮喘采用氧气驱动万托林及爱全乐雾化吸入治疗对改善患儿症状非常有效。 Objective Research and analysis clinical effect of the oxygen drive Ventolin and Atrovent inhalation in the treatment of infantile asthma effect. Method Selected 148 cases of children adopted our hospital’s treatment as the research object. The control group taking conventional therapy, the experimental group still need another oxygen drive Ventolin and Atrovent inhalation therapy. After a certain period, contrast the treatment effect and the index changes in two groups of children. Result The treatment effect was significantly better than the control group, indicators improved better than the control group, all had the statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using oxygen drive Ventolin and Atrovent inhalation therapy to treat asthma in children is highly effective.
