甘露醇与甘油果糖治疗脑出血患者的疗效比较及其对肾功能的影响

To Compare the Curative Effect of Mannitol and Glycerin Fructose and its Influence on Renal Function

目的比较甘露醇与甘油果糖治疗脑出血患者的疗效及对肾功能的影响。方法将180例脑出血患者随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组给予甘露醇与甘油果糖交互脱水治疗,对照组单纯给予甘露醇治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效、神经功能评分以及肾功能、电解质水平。结果 实验组有效率96.67%,优于对照组84.44%(P<0.01)。实验组神经功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组肾功能损害及电解质紊乱发生率均低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论 甘露醇与甘油果糖交替应用治疗脑出血患者效果较佳,可有效改善神经功能,安全性较高。

Objective To compare the the curative effect of mannitol and glycerin fructose in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its infiuence on renal function. Methods 180 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group was given mannitol and glycerin fructose interaction dehydration treatment, control group was given pure mannitol. The clinical curative effect, neurological function score and renal function, electrolyte levels of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%, which was better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. The nerve functional score of experimental group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the incidence of kidney damage and electrolyte disorder of experimental group were lower than those of control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with mannitol and glycerin fructose alternate application, the effect is better, which can effectively improve the nerve function.
