摘要
文章通过对日常企业管理工作中存在的管理粗放的现象进行归纳、总结、分析,找出企业管理中存在问题,并对问题进行深入分析,从而提出强化企业精细管理的对策和措施。
The phenomenon of the company extensive management in the daily enterprise management was concluded,summarized and analyzed,which can help to find the present problem in the enterprise management. And the problems were analyzed thorough. Then the measures of strengthening the fine management of the company were proposed.
