Waste Heat and Pressure Recycling of Shower Tray Deaerator

针对热动力分厂两台100 t/h除氧器排氧蒸汽直排的问题,通过技术论证与改造,在该系统中增加喷射式混合加热器和增压泵实现除氧器余热余压回收再利用,降低单位运行费用,实现节能减排。

Aiming at the problem of exhaust oxygen steam straight row of two 100 t / h deaerators in the thermal power plant,the pressure was increased to achieve recycling the deaerator residual heat and mixing heater and pump injection was boostered in the system through technical demonstration and transformation. Then it reduced the unit operating costs to achieve energy- saving and emission reduction.
