摘要
结合非圆齿轮差动轮系的原理和分度装置的运动要求,提出一种新型非圆齿轮的分度装置。阐述了分度装置的数学模型,推导了分度装置中各齿轮的传动比函数;论述了分度装置中一对非圆齿轮的设计方法;对分度装置进行了相关分析,研制出了该分度装置,从而验证了该分度装置在原理和设计上的可行性。
A new non-circular gear indexing device was designed combined with the principles of differential gear train ,the non-circular gears and dividing device requirements .The mathematical model of the device was introduced ,The transmission ratio of each gear was deduced in detail .On the basis of that ,the design method of the non-circular gear was discussed .As an example ,a set of design parameters ,the 3D modeling and virtual simulation of the device were made .Finally ,the device was manufactured ,that verifies the feasibility of the device on the principle and design .
