摘要 为满足一个运动周期内传动比有多个非对称变化的要求,提出了一种新型非圆齿轮形式——高阶变性偏心共轭非圆齿轮,建立了高阶变性偏心共轭非圆齿轮节曲线方程。依据微分几何原理,推导建立了主从动轮节曲线的凹凸性判别条件和加工过程中不发生根切时齿轮模数与节曲线最小曲率半径之间的关系。运用VB语言编写了高阶变性偏心共轭非圆齿轮的设计与仿真程序,并通过算例予以验证。 A novel non-circular gear form named high-order deformed eccentric conjugate non-circular gears was proposed to meet the requirements of more asymmetric transmission ratio changing in a circle. And the pitch curve equations of high-order deformed eccentric conjugate non-circular gears were established. On the basis of the theory of differential geometry,th'e concavity distinguishing conditions referred to pitch curves of driving gear and driven gear were deduced. The relationship between the gear modulus and minimal radius of curvature in pitch curve was obtained without tooth undercutting in the process. The design and simulation software of high-order deformed eccentric conjugate non -circular gears was compiled based on VB,and was verified with the examples.
