Design and Development of Drug Management System for Small Pharmacy

目的:设计开发小型药房药品管理系统。方法:利用Excel提供的函数、宏、控件等功能,通过简单的VBA程序配合电子表格常规操作开发并设计小型药房药品管理系统。结果与结论:该药品管理系统设计简单,可实现药品划价收费、销售查询、效期查询、库存查询、药品采购、药房盘点等功能,可满足村镇卫生室、诊所日常药品管理的基本需要,且系统稳定、操作可行、数据准确,具有一定的推广性。

OBJECTIVE： To design and develop the drug management system for small pharmacy. METHODS： By exploring macros, function and controls of Excel, cooperating with VBA procedure, the drug management system for small pharmacy had been designed and developed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The management system can fulfill the tasks of price designation, charging, sales inquiries, validity inquiries, inventory inquiries, drug purchase and drug stocktaking, etc. The system meets the needs of countryside clinics and medical institutions. The system is simple, stable and easy to operate, and accurate in data： therefore, it is worthy of popularizing.
