心血管活性肽Salusins生物学效应研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 Salusins是一类新发现的心血管活性肽,在人体有广泛表达,具有降低血压、减慢心率、抑制心肌收缩、减轻心脏缺血损伤、促进心肌细胞肥大和血管平滑肌细胞增殖等一系列生物学效应,与高血压、动脉粥样硬化、缺血性心肌病等疾病密切相关。
