摘要
猪圆环病毒(PCV)能刺激机体产生中和性抗体,但该病毒体外增殖能力差,培养物病毒含量低,病毒接种细胞不产生病变等特性使传统的灭活疫苗、弱毒疫苗的生产受到了局限。通过对我国相关专利的分析,发现我国许多研究机构及学者在驯化和筛选适应PCV2生长的细胞系、构建重组病毒株、建立高密度培养技术等方面做了大量工作以期规避这些弊端,并开展了PCV2相关的二联苗、三联苗的研发工作,以有效预防PCV2及相关性疾病的发生。
Porcine circovirus ( PCV) can stimulate the body to produce antibodies against the virus. Preparation of traditional vaccines is limited by culture characteristics of PCV2, such as poor proliferative capacity of the virus in vitro, low virus content in the culture and the infected cells don’t show cytopathic effect(CPE), including traditional attenuated vaccines and inactivated vaccines. By analyzing related patents in our country we found that elaborate efforts were made to avoid these drawbacks by researchers from many institutions, including screening sensitive cell line, construction of recombinant virus strains and establishment of high density cultivation technology. The PCV2 combined vaccines have developed to prevent and control the outbreaks of PCV2 and some bacterial or viral diseases.
