基于模糊综合评价法的河北省农业科技创新风险投资影响因素分析

Venture Capital Influence Factor Analysis of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation in Hebei Province Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

由于存在农业科技企业项目技术性低、获利能力不足,风险投资机构资金规模小、专业人才匮乏,缺乏政府扶持等影响因素,河北省农业科技创新风险投资的发展举步维艰,这些因素处理得是否恰当将直接决定河北省农业科技创新风险投资的未来发展程度。文章采用模糊综合评价法对影响河北省农业科技创新风险投资发展的因素进行了定量分析,明确界定这些影响因素的重要权重,然后根据影响因素权重的大小,有重点、有顺序地采取相应解决措施,进一步促进河北省农业科技创新风险投资的发展。

Due to the low technical ability and profitability of agricultural science and technology enterprise project,the small scale funding and fewer professionals of risk investment institutions,the less government support,the development of agricultural science and technology innovation risk investment in Hebei province was struggling,these factors were properly handled would directly determine the future level of development of Hebei agricultural science and technology venture capital.This article carried on the quantitative analysis to the influence factors by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,clearly defined the important weights of the influencing factors,then according to the weight factors of the size to take corresponding measures to solve the key,in order to further promote the development of Hebei agricultural science and technology venture capital.
