摘要 为了对新开发的电动拖拉机各项性能指标进行测试,本研究根据各项性能测试的试验要求,开发了电动拖拉机试验台。基于试验台模块化设计思想,分别设计了试验台电源模块、驱动模块、加载模块以及装夹装置;电源模块主要由电动拖拉机所用电池组及电源管理系统组成,驱动模块由电动拖拉机所用驱动电机及调速系统组成,加载模块则由磁粉制动器组成,装夹装置则由一些支架、夹紧机构组成。基于LabVIEW平台,开发了试验台虚拟测控系统,系统不仅具有数据采集、分析功能,还能够通过数据采集卡的输出通道控制加载模块。以研制的电动拖拉机为测试对象,进行了驱动轮输出特性及模拟作业等测试试验。结果表明:试验台功能全,不仅能够测试电动拖拉机各组成部件的输出特性、传递效率,还能测试电动拖拉机整车模拟作业性能,测控系统既可检测驱动和加载部件转矩、转速、电压、电流等12个信号,还能用来控制加载载荷。本研究所开发的试验台运行稳定,达到设计要求。 The objective of this study is to develop an electric tractor test bench for performance testing. Based on the test requirements of electric tractor,the test bench is developed. Based on the modular design method,the test bench of testing power supply module,driver module,load module and clamping devices were designed. The power supply module is mainly composed of an electric tractor battery and power management system,the driving module is composed of electric tractor drive motor and speed regulating system,the loading module is composed of magnetic powder brake components and clamping device is composed of a number of brackets,clamping mechanism. The test bench virtual measurement and control system were developed based on LabVIEW. The system not only has the function of data acquisition,and analysis,but also can control the loading module through the output channels of the data acquisition card. With the electric tractor developed as the test object,and test was made on the driving wheel output characteristics and simulation work. The test results showed that the test bench has many functions,it not only can test the components of the electric tractor transmission efficiency,but also test the electric tractor work performance,and the test bench measurement and control system not only can detect more than 12 signals of torque and speed,voltage and current of the drive and load components,but also can be used to control load. The test bench was operated steadily and could meet the design requirements.
