不同调理剂提高泔脚蚯蚓堆肥效率的研究

Improving efficiency of vermicomposting on hogwash waste by using different additives

为防治泔脚对环境的污染,提高泔脚蚯蚓堆肥效率,针对泔脚的理化性质,分别添加玉米秸秆、青草绿化垃圾、茶叶渣、土壤作为调理剂,使基质初始C/N接近30,研究了不同调理剂对泔脚蚯蚓堆肥效率的影响。另设置不加调理剂纯泔脚蚯蚓堆肥作对照,对泔脚基质的降解情况、蚯蚓的生长繁殖情况、堆肥肥料质量进行了研究。结果表明,在纯泔脚中加入调理剂可以改善泔脚的性状,促进蚯蚓生长繁殖,提高泔脚降解效率,但对豌豆植株生长的肥效作用相对纯泔脚改善不明显。不同调理剂对泔脚基本性质的改善效果不同,综合考虑,以玉米秸秆作为调理剂最能提高泔脚蚯蚓堆肥的效率。

Batch vermicomposting experiments were carried out to investigate the feasibility of improving the hogwash waste vermicomposting by using different additives.Base on the basic physical and chemical properties of hogwash waste,4additives（corn straws,green waste,used tea dust and soil）were added in pure hogwash respectively to control the initial C/N of matrix to about 30,the vermicomposting on pure hogwash waste was set as control.Degradation of mixed medium,growth and production of earthworm and quality of vermicomposting were studied during the process.The results were stated as following：in comparison with the pure hogwash waste,additives could effectively improve the characters of medium,increase the quantity and mass of earthworms and the improve efficiency of medium biodegradation,but they had no effective action on pea plants growth.Different additives have different effect on improving of hogwash waste characters.Comprehensively considering the earthworm growth,medium biodegradation and vermicomposting efficiency,corn straws was the best additive for improving the vermicomposting efficiency of hogwash waste.
