摘要
采用环氧大豆油(ESO)作为无溶剂环氧地坪涂料体系的活性稀释剂成分,对环氧地坪涂料进行共混改性,研究了ESO用量对环氧地坪涂料的稀释作用和增塑作用,及其对环氧地坪体系性能的影响,确定ESO在环氧地坪涂料体系中的合适用量;并通过对固化剂和促进剂的选择和评估,确定合适的固化体系。
An epoxy soybean oil （ESO） was used as a reactive diluent to modify the solvent-free epoxy floor coatings.The influence of the ESO dosage on diluting and plasticizing performance as well as properties of epoxy floor coatings was investigated,and thus the appropriate dosage of ESO was determined.Additionally,the curing system was optimized by using appropriate curing agents and accelerators.
