摘要
采用纳米氧化锌改性水性木器涂料,设计涂料的颜料体积浓度(PVC)与其临界颜料体积浓度(CPVC)相近,得到的涂膜有较好的疏水性,并对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌表现出高效的耐性,同时涂膜的各项性能均能达到室内装饰装修用水性木器涂料国家标准(GB/T 23999—2009)中C类涂料的技术要求。
A pigment volume concentration (PVC) of ZnO in waterborne wood coatings modified with nano-ZnO is designed to be closed to its critical pigment volume concentration (CPVC).The film shows good hydrophobic property and high antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aurous and escherichia coli.Furthermore,the properties of the film can be in line with the Class C described in national standard GB/T23999-2009 on Water-Based Coatings for Woodenware for Indoor Decorating and Refurbishing.
