摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸(AA)和功能性单体甲基丙烯酸脲醛基乙酯(MAAUFEE)为原料,合成了含脲醛侧基的苯丙乳液。以所制备的苯丙乳液为基料,按一定比例添加填料和助剂,搅拌均匀得到水性阻尼涂料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱对制备的聚合物乳液进行了表征;采用动态力学分析方法对所制备的阻尼涂料进行了测试。结果表明:当St、BA、AA、MAAUFEE的用量分别为90 g、110 g、5 g、2 g,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和云母粉的添加量(占涂料体系的质量分数)分别为5.0%和10.0%时,制备的涂料的阻尼性能最优。
A styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer with its side chain containing urea aldehyde group was prepared by using butyl acrylate (BA),styrene (St),acrylic acid (AA),methacrylic acid urea formaldehyde ethyl ester (MAAUFEE) as raw materials.Waterborne damping coatings were obtained by selecting the prepared styrene-acrylic emulsion as matrix mixed with filler,deionized water and additives.The styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),indicating that MAAUFEE was bound to the molecular chain.Waterborne damping coating was tested by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA).The results showed that the coatings had optimal damping properties when the molar ratio of St,BA,AA and MAAUFEE was 86 ∶ 86 ∶ 7 ∶ 1,and the addition of dioctyl phthalate and mica powder was 5.0 wt.% and 10.0 wt.% respectively.
