摘要
背板是光伏组件的重要组成部件,本研究通过对不同类型背板技术、生产及综合环境测试情况的介绍,重点分析了不同类型背板的发展过程及优缺点,不同背板生产技术的对比、背板测试技术的要点及未来可能提升的关键,综合对比显示中等表面能四氟型太阳电池双面涂氟型背板技术(FFC)及其产品具有明显优势,双面涂氟技术已发展成为太阳电池背板主流技术。提出了针对太阳能光伏应用领域开发出符合光伏组件复杂应用环境要求下的含氟树脂及涂料的要求,认为涂氟型太阳电池背板功能化、平台化将是未来组件及背板发展的主流趋势。
Backsheet is one of the important components of photovoltaic modules.In the paper,the different types of backsheet technology,production and comprehensive environmental test were presented in detail,respectively.The development process and advantages and disadvantages of different types of backsheet were also analyzed.The different backsheet production technology were compared with each other,and in the same time narrated the key points of backsheet test technology and possible improving direction in future.The results showed that there are obvious advantages for double-sided coating fluorine technology of four fluorine backsheet with medium surface energy(FFC) and their series products.The doublesided fluorine coating technology has become the development mainstream of backsheet.In view of application field of the photovoltaic solar,the requirements of fluoride resins and fluoro coatings in complex environmental application of photovoltaic modules are proposed,and continuing functionalization and platform for endowing solar battery backsheet with fluorine coating is considered as the main progress trend of photovoltaic modules and backsheet in the future.
