摘要
玉米胚芽粕是玉米深加工的重要副产品之一,营养成分较为全面,且价格低廉,是优质的饲料资源。本文主要综述了玉米胚芽粕的营养特性及其在动物生产中的应用。
Corn germ meal is a kind of important by-product of corn fine processing.Due to the higher nutritive value and the lower prices,corn germ meal is a kind of valuable feed resources.This paper reviewed the nutritive characteristics of corn germ meal and its application in animal production.
