体外试验评价十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性蒙脱石对玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素的吸附效果 被引量:2

摘要 本试验利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对蒙脱石进行有机改性,并通过体外试验考察不同条件下改性蒙脱石对玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素的吸附效果。试验结果表明:(1)有机改性蒙脱石在不同p H值条件下对玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素的吸附性能均显著高于天然蒙脱石,表明使用长链十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对蒙脱石进行有机改性,改善了蒙脱石对霉菌毒素的吸附性能且不受p H值变化的影响;(2)不同温度条件下试验组上清液中玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),表明不同温度条件下有机改性蒙脱石均能有效地吸附玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素;(3)不同反应时间试验组上清液中玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有机改性蒙脱石和天然蒙脱石都能在40 min内快速与玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素分子结合,并达到吸附和解吸附的平衡状态,但是有机改性蒙脱石比天然蒙脱石对霉菌毒素的吸附能力强且吸附速率较高。 Absorption of zearalenone and deoxynivalenol by montmorillonite modified with hexadecyhrimethylammonium bromide was investigated in vitro.The results showed that: (1)A relatively high absorption capacity of organomodified montmorillonite was observed in different pH value conditions compared to natural montmorillonite, suggested that absorp- tion capacity was improved greatly by modifying montmorillonite with hexadecyhrimethylammonium bromide regardless of pH value; (2)The concentration of zearalenone or deoxynivalenol in the supernatant of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.05), suggested that organomodified montmorillonite could absorb mycotoxin effec- tively at different temperatures; (3)The concentration of mycotoxin in the supernatant of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group at each time point(P 〈 0.05) ,suggested that zearlenone or deoxynivalenol molecules inter- acted fast with both absorbents with 40 min,then the interaction approached equilibrium between mycotoxin adsorption and desorption.Organomodified montmorillonite obtained a better quality than natural material on zearlenone and deoxyni- valenol absorption with a larger absorption capacity and a higher absorption rate.
