摘要 目的研究阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)的弥散张量成像(DTI)改变,为AD的早期诊断提供依据。方法采用3.0T磁共振扫描仪对17例AD病人及17例对照组被试进行DTI检查。测量默认模式网络各种子点的FA值及脑白质纤维束感兴趣区的FA值。结果 AD组默认网络各脑区FA值较对照组均减低;联络系(双侧扣带束前、后部)、连合系(胼胝体膝部、体部及压部)、投射系(内囊前、后肢)的感兴趣区FA值较对照组均减低。结论阿尔茨海默病患者与正常老龄化组相比,弥散张量成像存在着特殊改变,能够为早期诊断阿尔茨海默病提供有效的功能影像学依据。 Objective To explore the changes of FA values obtained by diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) study of patients suffered from Alzheimer’s disease.Methods 17 cases of AD and 17 cases of controls underwent DTI scan using Siemens Magnetom TrioTim 3.0T MR scanner. Fractional anisotropy (FA) values of ROI in white matter tracts and DMN regions were obtained, and FA values of the two groups were compared. Results FA values in different zones in DMN and various regions of interest which represent different types of fibers were lower in AD patients than that in the control group.Conclusion There were typical changes of DTI in AD patients, and it may help the early diagnosis of the disease.
