Implementation of Hospital Cooperative OA System Based on Workflow Technology

医院整体信息化水平已成为衡量现代医院整体素质与综合竞争力的重要标准,是现代化医院建设的标志之一。围绕着我院新版自动办公系统(OA)的设计、开发和构建过程,详细描述基于工作流技术,以无纸化公文管理和流程自动化的协同办公的特点。新一代协同OA系统已经成为规范医院管理、提升管理水准、提供辅助决策的手段和工具。

As one of the signs of modern hospital construction, hospital informatization level is one of the important criterias for evaluating the overall quality and comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital. This paper describes the characteristics of cooperative ofifce based on worklfow technology, paperless management and process automation in terms of the design, development and establishment of the new ofifce automation （OA） system of the hospital. The new generation of collaborative OA system has been used as an important tool for standardizing and improving hospital management as well as assisting the decision making process.
