Based on PDCA methods, medical staff in our hospital are trained for the properly use of medical equipment. After the training, the professional knowledge and operating skills of medical staff have been improved. The medical staff can operate medical devices correctly and standardizedly, so the equipment failures caused by misoperation have been decreased and the treating and nursing quality in our hospital has been improved.
