Application of Root Cause Analysis in the Failure Analysis of Ventilator

我院使用根本原因分析法(RCA)搜集呼吸机相关资料,找出近端原因,最终确定呼吸机故障的根本原因为设备管理制度不健全、维护保养不到位。制定了呼吸机质量控制管理方案,明确了设备管理责任人及全面管理方法,保障了呼吸机的正常运行。

In order to explore the causes of respirators failure in our hospital, this paper uses root cause analysis （RCA） to collect related data, and ifnally ifnds the root causes： equipment management system is unsound and maintenance is imperfect. To solve above problems, we formulate quality control management program and deifne the responsibility, so as to ensure the normal operation of respirators.
