Design of A New-Type Blood Transport Box

目的研制一种新型送血箱,使血液的冷链更加可靠,以确保输血安全。方法在送血箱的内壁,设计不同数量的一定尺寸的凹槽,可以将冷媒放入,再用扣网将其固定;同时植入温度传感器,以了解箱内温度。结果该新型送血箱内的冷媒不与血袋直接接触,可确保血液不发生冰冻伤害,安全可靠,达到了设计要求。结论该新型送血箱可以方便、安全地用于血液运输。

Objective To design a new-type blood transport box with more reliable cold chain of blood to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.Methods Several grooves with different sizes which can be used to place and ifx refrigerant were integrated into the inwall of blood transport box. Then a temperature sensor was implanted into the blood transport box to monitor the temperature inside the box.Results The safe and reliable blood transport box whose refrigerant was separated from the blood bag can prevent the blood from being freezing, which can meet the design requirements.Conclusion The blood transport can be conducted conveniently and safely with the application of the blood transport box.
