摘要 目的探讨声辐射力脉冲(ARFI)成像技术在评估颈部血管斑块中的临床价值。方法分别对108例缺血性脑卒中患者(观察组)和97例非心脑血管病人(对照组)进行超声检查,并利用ARFI技术测量斑块的剪切波速度。比较观察组与对照组的斑块发生率、构成、稳定性以及剪切波速度均值。结果观察组的斑块发生率明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的剪切波速度均值无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组与对照组斑块构成无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组不稳定斑块所占比例较对照组高。结论 AFRI技术对检测颈部血管斑块具有重要的临床意义,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) imaging in the evaluation of cervical vessel plaque.Methods 108 patients with ischemic stroke as observation group and 97 patients without ischemic stroke as control group were all examined by ultrasound and their shear wave velocity (SWV) were measured by ARFI imaging technology. The occurrence rate, composition, stability of plaques as well as the average SWV of the two groups were compared.Results Between the two groups, the occurrence rate of plaque in observation group was significantly higher (P〈0.05); there was no signiifcant difference in the average SWV (P〉0.05); the composition of plaque was significantly different (P〉0.05) and the proportion of unstable plaques in observation group was higher.Conclusion ARFI imaging which can play an important role in evaluating cervical vessel plaque is worthy to be widely applied.
